Please join us for tips for excellence in IP appellate advocacy, including writing petitions and briefs to the US Supreme Court and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Also, attendees will learn about opportunities to gain experience in IP appellate advocacy through work with the IPLAC Amicus Committee.  A reception with drinks & appetizers immediately follows this CLE program.
